Silver-Plated Fish Knife

The silver plated fish knife in the Perles pattern can be used in conjunction with a fish fork to easily separate meat from fish bones. The Louis XVI-style Perles pattern, which features a single delicate line of beading reminiscent of a classic pearl necklace, was introduced in 1876.
